2. Conditions for Return & Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:
- The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The Aangan Studios product tag must be exactly intact and not removed.
- The jewellery must be returned in its original packaging (jewellery box, pouch, invoice & etc.)
- The request is raised within 15 days of receiving the order.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the product tag is removed or the item shows signs of wear or damage.

- Items must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact
- Attach clear product images and unboxing video is required if damaged along with your order number.
- An unboxing video is required to process any claims for missing items in your order. Please ensure you record the package being opened from the sealed state for your claim to be considered.
- Our team will arrange a free pickup from your address or share the return shipping details.
- Once the product is received and inspected, your exchange or store credit will be processed within 5–7 business day
4. Damaged / Wrong Product Received
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please share an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery for quick verification and resolution.
5.Cancellation Policy
At Aangan Studios, we understand that plans can change.
1. Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
2.Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
3.In case of prepaid orders, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
4.During sale or promotional periods, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
