At Aangan Studios, vouchers, coupons, discount codes, and store credit coupons may be offered from time to time as part of promotions, offers, warranty benefits, or customer support resolutions.
1. Coupon Usage
• Coupons and vouchers can be used only on the Aangan Studios website.
• Each coupon may have its own terms, validity, minimum order value, and usage limits.
• A coupon must be applied at checkout before placing the order.
• Coupons cannot be applied after the order has been placed.
• Certain products, collections, sale items, or promotional offers may be excluded from specific coupons or vouchers, as mentioned in the applicable offer terms.
2. Validity
• Each voucher or coupon will be valid only for the period mentioned at the time of issue.
• Expired coupons cannot be reactivated, extended, or redeemed.
• Store credit coupons issued under warranty or return cases may have a validity of 6 months from the date of issue, unless stated otherwise.
3. One Coupon Per Order
• Only one coupon, voucher, or discount code can be used per order.
• Multiple coupons cannot be combined on a single order.
• Coupons cannot be combined with other offers, unless specifically mentioned.
4. Non-Transferable & non-cashable
• Coupons and vouchers are non-transferable.
• Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.
• No cash refund will be provided for unused coupon value.
5. Store Credit Coupons
• Store credit coupons may be issued for eligible returns, exchanges, warranty claims, or customer support cases.
• Store credit can be used for future purchases on Aangan Studios.
• If the order value is higher than the store credit amount, the remaining balance must be paid by the customer.
• If the order value is lower than the store credit amount, the remaining coupon value may not be refundable unless mentioned otherwise.
6. Cancellation & Return on Coupon Orders
• If an order placed using a coupon is cancelled, the coupon may or may not be reactivated depending on the offer terms.
• If a product purchased using a coupon is returned, the refund, exchange, or store credit will be processed based on the actual amount paid by the customer.
• Discount value will not be refunded as cash.
7. Misuse of Coupons
Aangan Studios reserves the right to cancel any coupon, voucher, discount, or order if misuse, fraud, technical error, or suspicious activity is found.
8. Changes to Coupon Policy
Aangan Studios reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any voucher, coupon, discount code, or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
