At Aangan Studios, we stand behind the quality of our jewellery. Each product comes with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering genuine plating-related or manufacturing defects under normal usage.
1. Warranty Coverage
Our 6-month warranty covers:
• Fading or tarnishing of plating under normal usage
• Manufacturing defects in material or finish
• Breakage of lock, clasp, or joint due to a design or manufacturing fault
2. Warranty Benefits
0–3 Months from Purchase
If a valid warranty issue is reported within 0–3 months from the date of purchase:
• The product may be eligible for replacement or refund after quality check (QC).
• If the same design is unavailable, an eligible refund may be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
3–6 Months from Purchase
If a valid warranty issue is reported within 3–6 months from the date of purchase:
• The customer may receive a store credit coupon equal to the product’s original billing amount.
• The coupon can be used on the next purchase at Aangan Studios.
• The store credit coupon will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
3. What’s Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover:
• Damage caused by accident, improper handling, or misuse
• Scratches, dents, or regular wear and tear
• Loss of stones, chains, or parts due to mishandling
• Colour changes caused by direct exposure to perfumes, lotions, makeup, chemicals, or harsh substances
• Damage caused by heat, fire, water chemicals, or improper storage
• Third-party alterations, repairs, or resizing
• Intentional damage or product modification
4. Additional Notes
• Warranty claims are subject to inspection and validation by the Aangan Studios team.
• Aangan Studios reserves the right to approve or reject any warranty claim after proper inspection.
• Aangan Studios may reject a warranty claim with a valid reason if the issue does not fall within the warranty terms, or if the damage is caused by misuse, mishandling, regular wear and tear, chemicals, third-party repair, or product modification.
• Warranty benefits are applicable only on products purchased directly from Aangan Studios.
• Order ID or invoice details are required for warranty claims.
• Warranty coverage applies only to eligible warranty-related issues arising under normal and intended use
5. Warranty Claim Process
To claim your warranty:
• Email us at care@aanganstudios.com
• Mention your order number
• Attach clear product images showing the issue
• Share a short description of the problem
• Warranty claims must be raised within the applicable 6-month warranty period. Our team will review and verify the issue within 48 working hours and guide you with the next steps
