1. Accepted Payment Methods
Aangan Studios offers secure and convenient payment options for all customers.
You can make payments through:
Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, RuPay)
UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
Net Banking from all major Indian banks
Wallets (Paytm, Amazon Pay, Mobikwik, etc.)
EMI Payment Options – available on eligible credit cards, debit cards, and supported banks/payment providers through Razorpay
Cash on Delivery (COD) – available for selected pin codes
💡 All online payments are securely processed through Razorpay, a trusted and encrypted payment gateway, to ensure complete safety and privacy of your data.
Once your payment is successfully completed, you will receive:
● An order confirmation email with the payment summary and order ID
● A WhatsApp or SMS confirmation (if applicable)
Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation (except for COD orders).
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
Cash on Delivery is available for selected pin codes only. If COD is available at your location, you will see the option at checkout.
A COD handling charge of ₹75 may be applicable on COD orders. This charge is non-refundable once the order is shipped.
For COD orders, please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. Our courier partner may contact you before delivery for confirmation.
Aangan Studios reserves the right to cancel COD orders in case of incomplete address details, failed verification, repeated delivery refusal, or non-serviceable pin codes.
To avoid delays, we recommend choosing prepaid payment options through Razorpay whenever possible.
4. Failed or Pending Transactions
In case your payment fails or remains pending but the amount is debited from your account, the transaction status will be verified through Razorpay and the respective bank/payment provider.
If the payment is not successfully confirmed, the debited amount will be refunded to the original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days, as per Razorpay and bank/payment provider timelines.
If the amount is not refunded within this period, please contact us at care@aanganstudios.comwith your order details, payment screenshot, and transaction ID for further assistance.
