Warranty Duration
Each product comes with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering genuine plating or craftsmanship defects under normal wear.
1. Coverage Details
0–3 Months:
- Eligible for 100% Refund or Product Exchange after quality check (QC).
- If the same design is unavailable, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
3–6 Months:
- Receive a Customized Coupon equal to your product’s original billing amount.
- Coupon can be used on your next purchase at Aangan Studios (valid for 6 months from issue date).
We offer a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase against:
Fading or tarnishing of plating
Manufacturing defects in material or craftsmanship
Breakage of lock, clasp, or joint due to design fault
2. What’s Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by accident, improper handling, or misuse
Third – party alterations or resizing
Scratches or dents from regular wear and tear
Loss of stones, chains, or parts due to mishandling
Colour changes caused by perfumes, lotions, or chemicals
3. Additional Notes :
- Claims are subject to inspection and validation by Aangan studios team.
- Aangan studios reserves the right to decline a claim if the issue does not fall within warranty terms.
