We offer free returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery on eligible products.

2. Conditions for Return & Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:
- The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The Aangan Studios product tag must be intact and not removed.
- The jewellery must be returned in its original packaging, including:
- Jewellery box
- Pouch
- Invoice
- Any other items received with the order
- The return or exchange request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:
- The product tag is removed
- The item shows signs of wear, use, damage, or tampering
The product must not have been resized, altered, repaired, or modified.
Products damaged due to misuse, perfume, lotions, chemicals, chlorine, excessive heat, or other damaging substances may not be eligible for return or exchange.
The return or exchange request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:
The product tag is removed.
The item shows signs of wear, use, damage, or tampering
3. How to Raise a Return or Exchange Request
To raise a return or exchange request:
- Email us at care@aanganstudios.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Mention your order number in the email.
- Attach clear product images.
- Items must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact.
- If the product is damaged, wrong, or if any item is missing from your order, an unboxing video is required for verification.
- The unboxing video must clearly show the package being opened from the sealed state.
- Our team will arrange a free pickup from your address or share the return shipping details, depending on your location and serviceability.
- Customers must retain the product, security tag, original packaging, and all items received with the order until the return or exchange request is resolved.
- If the correct size ordered was delivered but the jewellery does not fit as expected or the customer requires a different size, the customer will bear the applicable return shipping cost.
- If a size different from the size ordered is received, the issue will be treated as an incorrect/mismatched product and applicable return shipping will be borne by Aangan Studios.
- Our team will arrange the applicable return pickup or share the return shipping details, depending on the nature of the request, location, and serviceability.
4. Refund, Exchange & Store Credit Process
Once the product is received and inspected:
All returns and exchanges are subject to quality inspection. Refunds, exchanges, or store credit will be processed only if the returned product meets the applicable return and exchange conditions.
- Your exchange, store credit, or refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- For eligible refunds, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Refunds will be processed as per Razorpay’s refund process.
- All returns and exchanges are subject to quality inspection. Refunds, exchanges, or store credit will be processed only if the returned product meets the applicable return and exchange conditions.
- Your exchange, store credit, or refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- For eligible refunds, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Refunds will be processed as per Razor pay’s refund process.
5. EMI Return & Refund Policy
For orders placed through EMI:
- The return and exchange eligibility will remain the same as mentioned in this Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, if the refund is approved, the eligible refund amount will be processed through Razorpay and/or the respective bank/payment provider.
- Aangan Studios cannot directly cancel, modify, or close your EMI plan.
- EMI adjustment, cancellation, or closure is handled by your bank/payment provider after the refund is processed.
- Any EMI interest, processing fee, cancellation charge, foreclosure charge, or other applicable charges will depend on your bank/payment provider’s policy.
- Such EMI-related charges may not be refundable by Aangan Studios.
- Instant refunds are not available for EMI payments.
- EMI refunds may take longer depending on Razorpay, the bank, and the payment provider’s process.
6. Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Product Received
If your product arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or any item is missing from your order:
- Please share an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.
- The unboxing video is required for quick verification and resolution.
- Email the video and order details to us at care@aanganstudios.com.
- Please keep the video file under 20 MB.
- Approved claims will be resolved through an applicable replacement, exchange, or refund. Where the issue is confirmed as an error by Aangan Studios, applicable return shipping will be borne by Aangan Studios.
