2. Is Aangan Studios jewellery suitable for sensitive skin?
Our jewellery is made with carefully selected materials. However, individual skin sensitivity can vary from person to person. If you have known metal sensitivities, please review the product specifications before purchase.
3. How should I care for my Aangan Studios jewellery?
Keep your jewellery away from perfumes, lotions, creams, and chemicals. Remove it before swimming, bathing, or exercising, and gently wipe it with a soft, dry cloth after use. Please refer to our Care Guide for complete care instructions.
4. How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 5–7 business days across India. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier delays, festive periods, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Is Cash on Delivery available?
COD is available on eligible orders and locations. A separate COD charge may apply when COD is selected and will be clearly displayed at checkout.
6. Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled subject to our Cancellation Policy and the order’s processing or shipping status. Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
7. Can I return or exchange my order?
Eligible returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy and applicable conditions.
8. What if the jewellery does not fit?
Eligible size-related returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy and product/size availability.
9. Is an unboxing video required for a return or exchange?
Yes. A continuous unboxing video recorded from the opening of the sealed package is mandatory for applicable damage, defect, incorrect/mismatched, missing-item, and size-related claims.
10. Does the Aangan Studios security tag need to remain attached?
Yes. The Aangan Studios security tag must remain intact and attached for an eligible return or exchange.
11. How long is the warranty?
Eligible Aangan Studios jewellery is covered by a 6-month warranty, subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, and inspection requirements of our 6-Month Warranty Policy.
12. What does the 6-month warranty cover?
The warranty covers eligible plating-related and manufacturing/craftsmanship-related issues under normal and intended use, subject to quality inspection and the applicable Warranty Policy.
13. What is not covered under the warranty?
The warranty does not cover scratches, dents, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, perfume, lotions, creams, cosmetics, chemicals, chlorinated or chemically treated water, excessive heat, third-party alteration/repair/resizing, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions.
14. How will I receive my refund?
For approved prepaid refunds, the amount will be credited to the original payment method. For approved COD refunds, the refund will be processed through bank transfer, subject to the applicable policy.
15. Can I use more than one coupon on an order?
Unless specifically stated otherwise, only one promotional coupon, voucher, or discount code can be used per order. Coupons generally cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
16. Can I use a coupon after placing my order?
No. Coupons must be applied at checkout before the order is placed and cannot normally be added after order placement.
